Medium second adhesive with medium viscosity is ideal for bonding absorbent and non-absorbent materials that adhere well to each other. Bonds wood, most plastics, metals, rubber, glass, ceramics, cork, paper, excellent for bonding polystyrene foam.

Typical method of application: The glue is applied to one of the contact surfaces and the parts are immediately attached to each other, but the adhesive can also be applied to the joint of well-fitting parts attached to each other.

Recommended activator: for styrofoam 5MB15PT-28 ZAP Foam Kicker STYRO activator. For materials resistant to organic solvents 5MA4249 Activator CA 150ml, 5MA4249-1 Activator CA 200ml spray, KAV9977 KAVAN PRO activator CA spray 150ml.

Recommended peeler/debonder: for Styrofoam - none. For materials resistant to organic solvents KAV9979 KAVAN release agent CA 20g.

Removing excess uncured glue: a cloth or paper towel moistened with KAV9979 CA release agent or acetone (if the bonded materials can resist it).

Thinning the glue: If the instant glue thickens, this is a sign that it has already partially polymerized and is losing its original properties - no amount of "thinning" can bring it back.

Suitable for bonding: soft and hard wood, chipboard, plywood, metals, polystyrene foam, ceramics, porcelain, glass and carbon laminates, glass and carbon fabrics and fibers, many plastics.

Not suitable for gluing: polyethylene, Teflon, silicone.

Storage: in tightly closed packaging, in a cool, dry and dark place (at a temperature of +2°C to +10°C). Do not expose to temperatures below +2°C.

Shelf life: We guarantee a shelf life of 6 months in unopened original packaging to preserve the above product properties, subject to proper storage conditions.
