Thick instant glue

Thick, high-strength instant (cyanoacrylate) glue for modeling and general use. It comes in a bottle with an applicator tip.

Thick instant glue with high viscosity is ideal for bonding absorbent and non-absorbent materials that adhere well to each other. Glues wood, most plastics, metals, rubber, glass, ceramics, cork, paper...

Typical method of application: Glue is applied to one of the contact surfaces and the parts are immediately attached to each other; some adjustment of relative position is possible for a short time before the adhesive cures.

Recommended peeler/debonder: KAV9979 KAVAN peeler CA 20g

Removing excess uncured glue: a cloth or paper towel moistened with KAV9979 CA release agent or acetone (if the bonded materials can resist it).

Thinning the glue: If the instant glue thickens, this is a sign that it has already partially polymerized and is losing its original properties - no amount of "thinning" can bring it back. If you need a "thinner" super glue, just use a lower viscosity type. Individual types of POWER CA instant glues can be mixed together to achieve optimal viscosity.

Use as sealant, suitable fillers: microballoon filler KAV9980 CA KAVAN filler.

Suitable for bonding: soft and hard wood, chipboard, plywood, metals, ceramics, porcelain, glass and carbon laminates, glass and carbon fabrics and fibers, many plastics (including EPP and EPO).

Not suitable for gluing: polystyrene foam, polyethylene, Teflon, silicone.

Storage: in a tightly closed container, in a cool, dry and dark place (at a temperature of +2°C to +10°C). Do not expose to temperatures below +2°C.

Durability: We guarantee a shelf life of 1 year in unopened original packaging while maintaining the above-mentioned product properties, subject to proper storage conditions.
